| 4 1/2 | ounces | cream cheese | |
| 1 | cup | butter | or oleo |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | sifted |
| 1 | x | preserves | apricot |
| 1 | each | powdered sugar |
Cream cream cheese, butter and flour.
Cut with 2 inch round cutter.
Roll into cornucopia by bringing 2 rounded edges together, letting them overlap.
Press them gently; shape like a lily.
Fill open part with preserves.
Bake 375 degrees about 15 minutes.
Cool. Drench with powdered sugar.

My family just loved this chicken dish! It doesn't specify in the recipe, so I used 3.5lb chicken. I also substituted beer with white wine, for I did not have beer in our fridge. Added grated ginger instead of orange peel. Very flavorful and the gravy-like sauce was fabulous with rice.
