Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds kielbasa cut up
1 large green bell pepper cut up
1 large onion cut up
1 cup rice
29 ounces italian plum (roma) tomatoes peeled, whole

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in casserole with lid.

Bake 1 hour, stir, bake 1 more hour. serve!
