Ingredients

3 large eggs hard-boiled, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill relish
1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)
2 teaspoons prepared mustard poupon
6 1/2 ounces tuna, canned drained

Directions

Combine eggs and dill relish.

Add the rest of the ingredients, except tuna, and mix really well.

Then add tuna. If the mixture is dry, add somemore mayonnaise.

Couscous, Lentil and Arugula Salad with Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette

It is a great recipe, we made it for dinner last night, the dressing we made was a little bit less about 1/4 cup, next time we will make more, I think it should be 1/3 cup at least, then the couscous will be more moisture, but it was still tasty.
