Ingredients

1 package minute rice
2 1/2 cups salad dressing, italian
1 1/2 cups basil crushed
3 cups green peas slightly cooked
1 cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced
1 cup olives ripe, sliced
1/2 cup pimento strips

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.

Transfer rice and reaining liquid to shallow pan.

Let stand until all liquid is absorbed.

Combine salad dressing and basil. Stir into cooked rice.

Cover and chill. Fold in peas, onion, olives and pimentos before serving.
