Ingredients

1 1/2pounds flounder fish fillets or sole
3tablespoons salad dressing, italian, low-fat low-cal
3tablespoons lemon juice
3tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/8teaspoon garlic powder
1x salt and black pepper

Directions

Place fish in shallow baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.

Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes.

Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
