Ingredients

1 each onion medium, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons margarine, non-fat
3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon, powdered
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk, skim
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
6 slices bread, italian
12 slices turkey breast (1/2 ounce)
12 each tomato slices, thin
1 x black pepper freshly ground

Directions

Combine Onion and Oleo in 1 Quart Glass Measure.

Cover With Plastic Wrap and Microwave At High 3 To 5 Minutes OR Until Onion Is Tender, Stirring Once.

Remove Onion, Using A Slotted Spoon and Set Aside.

Add Flour and Red Pepper To Oleo; Stir Well.

Gradually Add Bouillon Granules, Water and Milk, Stirring Well.

Microwave Uncovered At High 2 1/2 To 3 1/2 Min. OR Until Mixture Is Thickened, Stirring Every Min.

Add Cheese To The Mixture, Stirring Until Cheese Melts and Sauce Is Smooth.

Arrange Bread Slices in A Single Layer in A 12 x 8 Baking Dish.

Spoon 2 tablespoons Sauce Over Each Slice; Top Each With 2 Turkey slices and 2 Tomato Slices.

Top With Onion; Spoon Remaining Sauce Over Tomatoes.

Microwave, Uncovered, At High 2 1/2 To 3 1/2 Min.

OR Until Thoroughly Heated.

Sprinkle With Black Pepper. Serve Warm.
