| 3/4 | cup | seasoned dry bread crumbs | |

| 1 | dash | salt and black pepper | |
| 1 | x | garlic powder | |
| 1 1/4 | pounds | chicken | skinned, boned, cut into 1 inch pieces |
In a small bowl, combine crums and seasonings, dip chicken strips in water, then into crumb mixture, pressing crumbs to make sure they adhere and chicken is thoroughly coated.
Spray a non-stick baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; arrange chicken on sheet and sprinkle evenly with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F until tender, about 20 minutes.
