| 24 | ounces | pork tenderloin | two 12 ounce loins, halved |
| Sauce | |||
| 2 | each | sweet yellow bell peppers | grilled |
| 1/3 | cup | rice wine vinegar | |
| 6 | cloves | garlic | roasted |
| 1 | pinch | saffron threads | |
| 1 | tablespoon | honey | |
In the center of the pork loins put a thin layer of tapanade, roll and season with rub.
In a sauté pan heat oil, until almost smoking.
Sear pork loins on all sides and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Really easy, really good! A little salty for my taste--I'd suggest using 1/2 the salt. My kids liked it without the cream sauce.

Summer is upon us and with summer comes the barbecue. Barbecue has many different meanings all around the world, but...
We tried the cuban navy bean soup, with family and friends, and everyone thought that it was very good. This recipe will be one of our favorite bean recipes. The navy beans, butternut squash and cabbage made a good combination.
