Grapes with Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

1 small banana ripe, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup yogurt, plain
1 x sugar to taste
1 dash rum
1 1/2 cups red grapes rinsed and halved
1 x mint leaves or
1 x pistachio nuts for garnish

Directions

Puree banana with yogurt and season with some superfine sugar and a dash of rum .

Spoon into the bottom of wine glasses and spoon grapes over the top; garnish with mint or pistachios.
