231.2 ml/g coconut, shredded (desiccated)

1 can pineapple, canned, crushed
or chunks, undrained

237 ml butter
or margarine

Directions

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan lightly.

Dump entire can of pineapple and juice in pan and spread evenly on bottom.

Dump and distribute coconut evenly over pineapple.

Dump entire box of cake mix evenly over all.

Spread evenly with spatula.

Cover entire surface with small pieces of butter.

DON'T MIX.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.

Cool and cut into squares. Serves 20.

I was looking for a dump cake that had something other than berries for my hubby and came across this recipe. It turned out ok, I baked at 450 for 30 mins and the top got a little too done. Next time I will do 350 and add some pecans.
