Ingredients

20 ounces strawberries
3 cups apricot nectar chilled
3 cups water cold
1 cup lemon juice
6 ounces orange juice
1 cup sugar
32 ounces ginger ale

Directions

Prepare Ice Ring, if used in advance.

In a blender container, puree straw- berries.

In punch bowl, combine pureed strawberries, apricot nectar,water, lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, and sugar; stir until sugar dis- solves.

Slowly pour in ginger ale; add Della Robbia Ice Ring, if desired.

OK soup. Would recommend some toasted ground cumin to give it a bit of depth, perhaps a 1/2 teaspoon or so.
