Ingredients

3 1/2 cups onion chopped, divided
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
2 each garlic cloves minced
1 pound beef round steak ground
2 teaspoons cinnamon ground
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin ground
1/2 teaspoon allspice ground
1/2 teaspoon marjoram whole, dried
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
1 each cinnamon stick
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cans tomatoes undrained, chopped
4 1/2 cups spaghetti cooked, hot
3/4 cup cheddar cheese reduced-fat, shredded
36 each oyster crackers

Directions

Coat a large Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.

Add 2 cups onion and the next 3 ingredients; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble.

Add ground cinnamon and next 7 ingredients.

Cook 1 minute.

Add salt and pepper and tomatoes; simmer, uncovered 20 minutes.

To serve, arrange spaghetti on individual serving plates.

Spoon chili over spaghetti, top with cheese and remaining 1 1/2 cups onions.

Serve with crackers.
