Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef, filet mignon four 8 ounce steaks
1 x salt and freshly ground black pepper ,to taste
Pasilla chile bbq sauce
1 1/2 cup new mexicostyle bbq sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons pasilla chiles powder
1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and marinate filets for 1 hour.

Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let burn down to embers.

Remove filets from BBQ sauce and cook on grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
