Ingredients

1 cup basil cleaned and dried
3 each garlic cloves
1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
1/2 cup olive oil good quality

Directions

In a blender, combine basil, garlic, nuts, and cheese.

Slowly add oil while blender is running.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
