| 8 | ounces | mushrooms | finely chopped |
| 1 | x | shallot | finely chopped |
| 1 | x | butter | as needed |
| 1 | x | chinese parsley | chopped to taste |

Sauté the mushrooms and shallot in butter until the mushrooms are browned.

Tips for presenting a holiday dip with class....
Quesadillas are easily to make, we found this recipe and made it, I think we used too much barbecue sauce, a little bit sweet and sour, but still good, next time we will use less barbecue sauce.
