Forget ordering delivery. This pizza swaps the usual yeast dough for a quick homemade biscuit crust that’s flaky, buttery, and ready in minutes.

The topping is a savory blend of browned ground beef seasoned with oregano, marjoram, sage, and Worcestershire sauce, bound together with cream of mushroom soup for a rich, creamy base.

Pile on the mozzarella, bake until bubbly and golden, and you’ve got a sheet pan dinner that feeds 12.

Chef Tips

  • Pat the biscuit dough evenly into the pan so the crust bakes uniformly with no thick or thin spots
  • Drain the ground beef thoroughly so the crust stays crisp and doesn’t get soggy
  • Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes after baking so the cheese sets and slices come out clean
