| 2 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 3 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 2 | teaspoons | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | cup | butter | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | liquid sugar substitute | |
| 4 | cups | apple | |
| 1 | cup | walnuts |
Mix dry ingredients, add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and blend well.
Stir in grated apples and nuts.
Bake in well-greased 9x13 pan at 375 degrees F. for 40-50 minutes.
