Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds cod fillets fresh or frozen
1 cup water boiling
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs soft
2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
1/2 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style
1 cup egg
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 x paprika as desired

Directions

Thaw frozen fish.

Preheat oven to 400 F (hot).

Grease baking sheet.

Add fish to boiling, salted water.

Cover and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Drain and flake.

Remove bones, if present.

Mix fix, breadcrumbs, and parsley.

Mix salad dressing (mayonnaise), egg, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and pepper thoroughly.

Stir into fish mixture. Mix well.

Form into 12 patties about 3 inches in diameter and 3/4 inch thick on baking sheet.

Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
