| 3/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sesame seeds | |
Mix together.
Cut cod fillets into serving sizes.
Dip pieces into batter (make sure pieces are dry so batter will stick).
Deep fry in 1-inch of oil for 10 to 15 minutes each side or until golden brown.
