| 6 | slices | turkey bacon | fat-free, cooked, crumbled |
| 1/2 | cup | milk, skim | |
| 1/2 | cup | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) | low-fat |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 1/4 | cup | fat free spread | liquid |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | cup | cheddar cheese | fat-free, grated |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, spread, and black pepper.
Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
