| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | each | onion | sliced |
| 3 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| 4 | ounces | mushrooms, canned | can, drained |
| 16 | ounces | tomatoes, canned |
Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir well to cook steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. Serve on noodles or potatoes.

At least 18 friends have tasted this recipe and all rave about how great great it tasts and of course they ask for my secret recipie (da! it's my secret recipie folks!). I have also made it with bear meat yes bear meat, beef and chicken. Melts in your mouth. Try it! If you like sweet barbecue flaver you'll love this one.
