| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1/2 | cup | red wine | dry |
| 1 | cup | tomato sauce | |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
| 1 | x | oregano | |
| 1 | x | basil |
Brown meat in oil. Place celery and onion at the bottom of the crockpot. Add browned meat and remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 7-10 hours.
