| 10 1/2 | ounces | beef broth | |
| 10 1/2 | ounces | water | |
| 8 | ounces | clam juice | |
| 2 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 1/2 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
Heat the consomme, water, clam juice and lemon juice to boiling.
Whip the cream with the salt.
Serve hot with a large dollop of cream on each portion.

This is delicious and easy! I added the mushrooms, broccoli and pepper and even the kids loved it! It also makes for quick and easy leftovers!
