| 1 | pound | smoked sausage | fully cooked, cut in 2-inch chunks |
| 6 | small | red potatoes | unpeeled, quartered |
| 1 | small | onion | cut into 8 wedges |
| 14 1/2 | ounces | tomatoes, stewed, canned | undrained |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | medium | cabbage head | cut in 6 wedges |
1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.
Arrange cabbage wedges over top.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
