Chunky Skillet Sausage Stew

Ingredients

1pound smoked sausage fully cooked, cut in 2-inch chunks
6small red potatoes unpeeled, quartered
1small onion cut into 8 wedges
14 1/2ounces tomatoes, stewed, canned undrained
1/8teaspoon black pepper
1/2medium cabbage head cut in 6 wedges

Directions

1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.

Arrange cabbage wedges over top.

2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
