Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter smooth
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
12 ounces chocolate chips milk chocolate or semisweet, melted

Directions

Have ready a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Mix the powdered sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut butter and butter in a medium size bowl until blended.

Scrape into an ungreased baking pan and press into an even layer.

Spread the melted chocolate over the top.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours until the chocolate is firm.

Let stand at room temperature, 15 to 20 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife into bars.

Strawberry Tart for Two

I bought a basket strawberries, they are fresh, but they can't keep too long, so I used half of the strawberries to make this tart, and I doubled the servings, and they are yummy, I will definetly make it again.
