| 3 1/4 | cups | bread flour | |
| 2 | tablespoons | gluten flour | |
| 1/3 | cup | milk, skim, (non fat) powder | |
| 3 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 3 | tablespoons | butter | or margarine |
| 1 | tablespoon | orange zest | grated |
| 3/4 | cup | cantaloupe | cut, 1/2 inch pieces |
| Cantaloupe liquid | |||
| 1 1/2 | cups | cantaloupe | seeded, cut in chunks |
To make cantaloupe liquid, place in blender and purrey until smooth, heat slightly.
Place all ingredients into the pan in the order listed, set darkness control at 10 o'clock.
Select white bread and push Start.
