Delicious!! I have made it three times already! The first time I substituted minced onion with minced garlic - big mistake! WAY too much garlic. I have been making enough for two and freezing one. My family loves it!

Ingredients

4ounces spinach fresh, rinsed well
1cup swiss cheese shredded
1/2cup monterey jack cheese shredded
1/2cup cottage cheese *
1 1/4teaspoons onion dried, minced
1tablespoon olive oilVideo
1/2teaspoon basilVideo *
1/2teaspoon savory *
1/2teaspoon black pepper
1/4teaspoon garlic saltVideo *
4large eggsVideo
1/2cup milk, skim, evaporatedVideo
1each pie shell (9 inch)

Directions

Blend cheeses, onion, oil and seasonings until smooth.

Add eggs, milk, and spinach.

Pour into prebaked (according to directions on box) pie crust shell.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Cool for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serves 6 slices .

it was top notch! I however added sliced fresh mushrooms and that was very good too.
