| 16 | ounces | pasta | penne |
| 2 | each | cucumbers | peeled, cubed |
| 2 | each | tomatoes | plum, chopped |
| 2 | cups | mayonnaise | fat free |
| 8 | ounces | sour cream | fat free |
| 3 | tablespoons | dill weed | dried |
| 2 | tablespoons | black pepper | lemon |
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Combine pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed and lemon pepper.
Serve as is or chill for 45 minutes.

I thought this was a great recipe, I made several pizzas at lunch, my kids loved them, they asked me to make again, and so easy and simple, about half an hour, hot and cheesy pizzas were out of the oven, already added this recipe into my recipe box, definitely will make it again, thanks for sharing the good recipe.
