| 1/3 | cup | margarine | softened |
| 2 | each | egg whites | whipped |
| 1 | cup | bananas | mashed |
| 1 | cup | berries | |
| 1 3/4 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2/3 | cup | sugar | granulated |
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
Prepare a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with cooing spray and flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, egg whites, bananas, and berries.
In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes.
