Pretty good shake. I used frozen raspberries. Not too sweet, but very filling and refreshing.

Ingredients

3/4 cup berries
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup milk cold
1 cup yogurt

Directions

Puree berries in blender.

Add remaining ingredients and blend til smooth.

Seeds can be removed by forcing berries through a seive if desired.
