1/4 cup does not equal 10 1/2 oz. It is closer to 1 1/4 cup. 1/4 cup is equal to 2 oz only. Hence the problem describe in a previous review. Can anyone confirm that this makes sense based on the other ingredients?

This recipe would be fine, going by the ingredient weights given (as professionals do). But in volume measurements, it's absolutely wrong. No way 1/4 cup of flour = 10.5 oz!!! If someone just followed the recipe by volume measurements, they'd get a frothy foam sludge kind of like a sourdough starter, but definitely not White Bread.

i followed the recipe exactly. after looking at numerous other bread recipes, it appears as though this one, with a quarter cup of flour, has a disproportionate amount of flour--like 1/12th the amount of other recipes. i got a thin layer of nasty, liquidy mush. ugh.

Chicken-Free Parmigiana

This parmigiana is a nice way to enjoy Italian, marinara sauce and mushroom mixture, with the mozzarella cheese melted and fresh basil. Delicious.
