| 8 | each | cod fillets | 7 ounces each, or other white fish |
| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 4 | cups | mayonnaise | |
| 1 | x | lemon pepper | |
| 1 | x | parsley flakes | dried |
| 1 | cup | water |
Lightly wash fish.
Dredge each portion through the flour, making sure it is covered; shake off any excess flour.
Place 1/2 cup mayonnaise on each portion and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley.
Place in baking pan and pour water around the fish.
(The water keeps the fish moist while it bakes).
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes until the top is light brown.
