Ingredients

1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, lean
1 x nonstick cooking spray
2 cups chicken broth canned, fat free
4 ounces mushrooms, canned can, stems and pieces

Directions

Brown meat in generous coating of butter flavored non-fat spray. Remove from skillet and place in casserole. Add a little flour to drippings and add chicken broth and mushrooms. Stir until heated and mixed. Pour over pork tenderloin and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Chicken Enchildas with Cheese

This recipe was fantastic!!! I saved a step by not dipping the tortillas into the cream mixture. I poured a few ladles of the cream into the baking pan, then filled the tortillas and placed them in the pan and it turned out beautiful. I will definately make this again!
