| 2 | tablespoons | hoisin sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic | bottled minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | ginger | bottled ground fresh (such as Spice World) |
| 4 | ounces | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | |
| 1 | x | nonstick cooking spray | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 4 | cups | coleslaw | |
| 1 | teaspoon | sesame oil | dark |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper |
Preheat broiler.
Combine first 3 ingredients; spread evenly over both sides of chicken.
Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 minutes on each side or until done.
While chicken cooks, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion; saute 2 minutes.
Add coleslaw; saute 1 minute or until coleslaw begins to wilt.
Place coleslaw mixture in a medium bowl.
Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat.
Serve coleslaw mixture with chicken.

Last Christmas was a weird experience in itself. First of all, as a college student you get a longer Christmas break because you finish exams early....
I have been making this every year since the recipe came out in the magazine (2000 I think it was) and I get nothing but rave reviews. Every year my co workers ask me to make this, and I make it for every Christmas employee dinner. It is among the first to vanish.
