Ingredients

14 ounces artichoke hearts can, drained and chopped
1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
4 ounces green chili peppers can, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 x tortilla chips for dipping

Directions

In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayonnaise.

Transfer mixture to an 8 inch round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with tortilla chips.
