| 1 | cans | pineapple | chunked |
| 1/2 | pound | polish sausage | |
| 1 | x | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | cloves | garlic | peeled and minced |
| 1 | large | yellow onion | sliced |
| 2 | cups | carrots | sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | ginger root | minced |
| 1 | bunch | broccoli florets | cut in flowerets |
| 3/4 | cup | chicken broth | |
| 3 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cornstarch |
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
In wok or skillet, stir-fry sausage in 1 tablespoon oil for 1 minute.
Remove from wok. Add oil as needed.
Stir-fry garlic, onion, carrots and ginger until onion is soft.
Add broccoli; stir-fry until tender and crisp.
Stir in pineapple. Combine reserved pineapple juice with remaining ingredients.
Pour into wok. Stir and cook until sauce boils and thickens.
Serve over rice.

good for those requiring a non wheat, dairy free diet - i added seeds and served with freshly sliced orange and a little juice to moisten - can be put together easily and quickly. nice
