Ingredients

6 ounces almonds ground
3 ounces caster sugar
3 ounces powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 each egg yolk
1 x almond extract almond essence, few drops

Directions

To make the almond paste: Sift the ground almonds and sugars together. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead lightly on a board.
