| 3/4 | pound | chicken | boneless, skinless, thinly sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | ginger | minced |
| 1 | cup | cantalope balls | |
| 1 | cup | honeydew melon balls | |
| 1 | tablespoon | honey | |
| 2 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 1 | dash | sesame oil | |
| Marinade | |||
| 1 | tablespoon | sherry | dry |
| 1 | teaspoon | cornstarch | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in a medium bowl, stir to coat.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add cooking oil, swirling to coat sides.
Add chicken and ginger, stir fry for 2 minutes or until chicken turns opaque.
Add melon balls, honey and lemon juice, cook until heated through.
Stir in sesame oil.
Serve hot.

Great to find this German recipe here! Well, what I did wrong is to boil them too violently, as my first test-dumpling was kind of dry inside. So in that case I would recomment to rather boil them 5 minutes longer but not more violently. They kind of fall apart when boiled too violently. For dumpling-newbies I would recommend to take the time and prepare just one test-dumpling of the dough before strting with all of it.
