| 1/8 | teaspoons | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | to taste |

| 1 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1/4 | cups | lemon juice | |
| 1 | teaspoon | prepared mustard |
In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in a butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients , bring to boil.
Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes.
Use as a basting sauce for Pork, Chicken or Beef.
