| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | light, packed |
| 3 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 6 | pork chops | about 1/2 inch thick | |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1/3 | cup | vinegar | |
| 1/4 | cup | soy sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | honey | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | sesame oil | |
| 1 | medium | onion | chopped |
| 1 | small | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | sesame seeds | toasted |
Combine brown sugar and flour; dredge pork chops in mixture.
Arrange chops in a 12 x 8 inchmicrowave-safe baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining flour mixture. In a small mixing bowl combine water, vinegar, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil.
Beat with wire whisk; pour over pork chops.
Add onion and green pepper.
Cover dish with wax paper and microwave 40-50 minutes, or until pork chops are tender, turning and rearranging chops after 20 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
