| 8 | ounces | strawberries | hulled and washed |
| 2 | tablespoons | caster sugar | |
| 4 | ounces | vanilla ice cream | |
| 1/2 | pint | milk | cold |
Take the ice cream out of the freezer a few minutes before you make this to give it a chance to soften slightly.
Save two or three of the prettier strawberries for decoration.
Puree the rest with sugar either in a liquidiser or by pushing the strawberries through a sieve.
Add the ice cream and cold milk together and either process quickly in the liquidiser or whisk until smooth.
Pour into glasses and decorate each with a slice of strawberry.
Chill in the fridge for ten minutes.
Delicious drink and healthy too! I love the taste of strawberry milkshake in the morning and in the afternoon or whenever. The point is, this stuff tastes great and it's really easy to make!

Listing of measure, weight conversions and some ingredient equivalents for cooking recipes....
I just got a breadmaker, without a manual, and I have never used one of these things in my life! Being new at this, I chose this recipe (as my first effort) for its simplicity of ingredients. The bread came out so true to its name - wonderfully crusty and very tasty! A huge thanks to the person who posted this recipe!
