Ingredients

2 cups chicken diced
1/2 pound tasso or smoked sausage, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup red onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 x creole seasoning
1/8 cup butter 1/4 of a stick
1 x provolone cheese grated
1 x gouda cheese grated
1 pound pasta three-colored, cooked

Directions

Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
