Ingredients

2 each apples peeled and sliced thin
2 each oranges peeled & sliced
2 each bananas peeled & sliced thin
1 can mandarin oranges small
1 x maraschino cherries
2 each egg whites
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons almonds thinly sliced
1 tablespoon rum

Directions

Beat the eggwhites with the sugar until very stiff.

Arrange all the fruits and the almonds into 4 ovenproof dishes.

Sprinkle the rum over each dish and heap the eggwhite mixture ontop of the fruit.

Broil for a couple of minutes until the eggwhite/meringue is firm.

Grilled Cajun Shrimp
