| 1 1/2 | pound | beef, round steak | 1/2 inch thick |
| 4 | each | bacon slices | |
| 3/4 | cups | celery | diced |
| 3/4 | cups | onion | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | green bell pepper | diced |
| 10 | ounces | beef gravy | canned |
Cut steak into four serving pieces. Place bacon slice on each piece of meat. Mix celery, onion and green pepper. Place about 1/2 cup mixture on each piece of meat. Roll up meat. Secure ends with wooden picks.
Wipe beef rolls with paper towels. Place in Crock-Pot. Pour gravy evenly over steaks to thoroughly moisten. Cover Crock-Pot and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours. Skim off fat before serving.
relly like this one it is so easy to make. you can fix part of it the nitr before and put it all toghter the next day. thanks alot

Excellent. Loved the earthy flavors and clean taste of the belly warming salad. I used canola oil for frying then added a splash of very high quality olive oil in the last minute of cooking. I also used 12 year old balsamic vinegar and flaky Fluer de sel sea salt. Wow, it really makes a difference using high quality ingredients.
