Directions

Add vinegar and Dijon mustard in small bowl, whisk until mix.

Add garlic, salt, and pepper into mixture.

Slowly stream olive oil into dressing while whisking.

Keep dressing refrigerated until ready to use.

Combine watermelon, feta cheese, and red onion in large bowl.

Season with black pepper.

Gently toss salad with half dressing.

Refrigerate salad at least 30 minutes.

Drizzle remaining dressing over salad before serving.
