| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 5 | ounces | cheese | bleu, spread |
| 3 | tablespoons | sweet relish | |
| 2 | tablespoons | onion, dried flakes | |
| 1/2 | cup | pecans | finely chopped |
Blend cheeses, add pickle relish and onion.
Shape into 10 inch X 2 inch roll; wrap in waxed paper.
Chill 3-4 hours.
Remove paper, roll in pecans, serve as spread with crackers.

Pretty good sauce. I substituted half of the water with white wine. I preferred a little bit sweeter, though. I marinated chicken thighs with this sauce and broiled them. A keeper.
