Ingredients

1 cup sugar
4 each cinnamon sticks
3 slices lemon
1/2 cup water
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups orange juice
6 cups red wine dry
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup sherry dry
2 each lemons sliced

Directions

Boil the syrup mixture for 5 minutes and strain. Discard the cinnamon sticks and the lemon slices.

Heat, but no not boil the punch ingredients.

Combine with the syrup mixture, garnish with the lemon slices, and serve hot.

Apple Crumble Cake

I used good quality oat muesli in crumble, brown sugar in filling and more water...+ some sherry. I finished by topping the cake pre baking with more sugar...it was lovely..not to sweet
