20 minWhen you need dinner on the table in 20 minutes and you want it to actually be good for you, this is the play.
Turkey breast strips get a quick toss in reduced-sodium soy sauce, honey, and garlic before hitting a hot wok until they’re just cooked through and glazed with a sweet-savory sheen.
Broccoli florets and sweet red peppers go in next, stir-fried fast with a splash of chicken broth so they stay crisp and vibrant.
Toss the turkey back in, give it one more turn, and pile it all over hot brown rice.
Clean, colorful, and satisfying from the first bite.
Pro Tips
- Slice the turkey breast into thin, even strips so they cook quickly and don’t dry out
- Get the wok screaming hot before adding the oil; that high heat is what gives stir-fry its signature sear
- Cook the turkey and vegetables separately, then combine at the end so nothing steams or gets mushy
