Turkey Sausage-Fettucine Alfredo

Ingredients

1package turkey italian sausage
3tablespoons margarine softened
6cups pasta, fettuccine cooked
2each parsley leaves minced
1/2cup milk, skim, evaporated
1/2teaspoons black pepper
1/2cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
1small tomatoes chopped

Directions

Spray large skillet with no-stick cooking spray.

Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds.

Add lean turkey Italian sausage.

Cook,uncovered, 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned andamp; no longer pink in center, turning occasionally.

Combine fettucine with all remaining ingrediants except tomato.

Toss untill fettucine is well coated.

Spoon onto large platter.

Top with sausages.

Sprinkle with chopped tomato.
