| 2 | lbs | beef chuck roast | cut into strips |
| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | large | onion | |
| 2 | large | green bell peppers | |
| 1/2 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 4 | ozs | mushrooms, canned | |
| 1 | tablespoon | molasses | |
| 2 | tablespoon | brown sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce |
Place steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.
Stir well to coat steak.
Slice onions and pepper very thin.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cover, cook on high for 1 hour, low for 8 hours.
Serve over rice, noodles, potatoes, or with crusty bread.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget how delicious cookies are. Despite the moistness and chewiest, cookies are not as popular anymore....
Very Good. The breading was loose so I think I would brown it next time.
